Making it Easy & Keeping it Simple

We have the experience and have done the research, so our process is very well informed. This means less time and money spent on designing.

Once we break ground, our goal is to give you a new front yard in 10 days. We communicate with you every step of the way, so you’re informed and there are no surprises.

We want your yard to be healthy and to stay that way. Meadow Pro offers maintenance plans to help your plants get established and continue to thrive.
Let’s connect over the phone or video chat to discuss some of the project basics. We can explain our process, answer questions, and get to know a little about you and your yard. Here are some examples of topics we’ll cover:
The site visit allows us to gather information in order to produce an accurate final plan. This process includes measuring your house, driveway, pathways, landscape, existing trees, etc, as well as taking detailed photos including several bird’s eye view photos using a drone. Depending on the project, we may measure elevations across your site. The site visit is a good time to discuss your vision for the layout and answer any questions you may have.
Installations generally go through the same steps on each project. We’ll remove unhealthy and unneeded dirt and debris (about 2 days), till and amend the soil (2 days), construct any hardscape elements (about 2 days), build and bury the new irrigation system (2 days), and then plant your new yard (2 days).
We want to minimize the impact on you and your neighbors while we work, so our basic timeline for each installation, from breaking ground to sweeping up, is 10 days. It’s not a guarantee, but it’s our goal. This timeline can vary based on the size of your project. Most importantly, we will tell you if there’s any change to the timeline as soon as it comes up.
We offer maintenance plans and education to help your new yard get established and thrive. Let’s discuss the best option for you.
How often should I water? Do I need to fertilize? No need to wrack your brain on how to care for your new front yard. We offer a maintenance plan to help it stay healthy and thriving. While the plan is not required to have, we highly recommended it.
We’ve broken it down to three garden packages. Keep in mind, all Meadow Pro landscapes require much less water than a Kentucky bluegrass lawn of the same size would use. It’s really about creating the best possible growing environment by grouping plants with similar water needs.
Package 1
A low maintenance lawn alternative of Colorado native grasses
Package 2
A perfect balance of vibrant flowering perennials and showy native grasses
Package 3
Greater numbers of flowering plants creating a cascade of texture and color.
